$120 Office Visit

The $120 plan allows the patient to pay a discounted fee for the basic office visit.
The payment does not include any in-house testing or procedures.
The plan includes basic office visit with prescription.
The patient has the option to choose in-house testing and treatment for additional cost.
A cost-effective option for the self-pay or uninsured patient.
